How do we log in?
You can log in on the following page to edit your
property:

How do we recover our login information if we have
lost it?
If you cannot remember your username or password,
please enter the email address that is associated with
your account on the following page and the information
will be sent to you:
http://www.innlog.com/common/passrequest.php
If you do not remember the email associated with your
account, go to your listing and click the "Send
Email" button. A request will be sent to the email
address registered to your account.
Once you know the email, you can then use the
password request function listed above.
If you do not have access to the email anymore,
please contact us and let us know the city, state,
and name of the property.
How do we edit our listing?
If you have an account and wish to edit your listing,
please log in on the following page:
http://www.innlog.com/common/index.php
Once you log in, click on the property number you
wish to edit.
Make the changes to the appropriate fields, then hit
the "Make Changes" button at the bottom of the
page.
How do we add photos to our listing?
If you are having trouble adding photos to a new
listing, or editing a current listing, please see our Photo
Listing Assistance page.
Why are the changes to our listing not showing up?
If you log in and edit your listing, the change will
always be made to the actual listing. However, many
times clients go to their listing and see the old
information.
The old information is visible because the internet
browser is displaying a cached version of the listing.
To view the new changes, you need to hit the refresh
button on your browser. For Internet Explorer it is a
white page in the task bar with two green arrows.
How do we add an availability calendar to our listing?
Property owners
can use the free Universal
Availability Calendar provided by Rentors.org
The calendar allows you to use a single availability
calendar for both your site and other lodging
directories.

Once you sign up for an account, please
Contact
Us and give your Renters.org property ID, along with the name of
your property, city and state it is located in.
Once we receive your information the availability
calendar will be added to your listing.
How are the listings ordered?
Listings are now ordered in the following priority:
1- Feature photo listings first.
2- Photo listings second.
3- Non photo listings third.
4- Order of placement (oldest first).
For example, if you have a photo listing that is not
featured, and yours was the first one listed, it will be
at the top of the second section for photo listings.
This measure is to prevent the abuse of people spamming
their property titles in order to get a better
alphabetical placement.
It is advantageous for you to create as attractive a
listing as possible to be approved for a featured photo
listing. Feature photo listings are displayed randomly
for all pages within that US state, Canadian province,
Australian territory, or other foreign country.
How do we become a featured listing?
Featured photo listings are reserved for
property owners who have made a payment to be listed.
