It is convenient to all Hot Springs attractions, shops, and fine restaurants. The Magic Springs and Crystal Falls Amusement Park is nearby. Horseracing at Oaklawn Park. Approximately one mile from Hot Springs Country Club on the Natural State Golf Trail.

It is only a short drive to Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, Lake DeGray, or Lake Ouachita.

This brick home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area, and a complete kitchen with electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. New washer and dryer. Patio. (No Garage)

The home sleeps up to six (6) adults. There is two queen size beds, one daybed & trundle.

Central Heat and Air Conditioning. Linens and towels furnished.

No Smoking.

A well-behaved dog or cat is welcome. Prior approval is required.
