It is a high-quality house with two comfortable floors and spacious rooms. It has been elegantly decorated with nice classic furniture which make it a comfortable and enjoyable place.
The second floor has been designed aiming exclusively at the intimacy of the guests. It is composed of central hall, four air-conditioned bedrooms with a lot of space, cabled TV and private bathrooms. The bedrooms include old bronze beds with comfortable mattresses which contribute to the warm and delicate decoration.
On the first floor there is a reception and two important rooms which give on to the backyard; one of them is a living room and the other one a dining room where breakfast with regional pastries, homemade cakes, juice and fruits is served.

All these places are located within a 500-meter area, where the two most important streets of the city are found, as well as travel and excursion agencies and bureau de change.
