Our house is situated in Vienna, Jedleseer Str. 67,
within a very FRIENDLY and SAFE neighbourhood.
Our PROPERTY is a private residence house with
6 apartments located on the first and second floor,
where each apartment has got its own intercom
system with electric front door opener.
Free CAR PARKING is available in the courtyard
of our house.
Equipment:
Our apartments are in a perfect condition,
done in modern country decor, central
heated and easily sleep up to 4 persons.
The combined BED-LIVING ROOM features
a queensize double bed, a sitting-dining area,
a leather sofabed ( comfortable 3rd bed ) and
a large wardrobe.
The apartments are equipped with a roomsafe,
ceilingfan, radioclock, remotecontrolled color-sat-TV,
( CNN, NBC, Rai1, TV5, etc. ... ).
A local mobilphone is provided for free on request.
The fully equipped KITCHEN has microwave, stove,
toaster and refrigerator as well as all kitchenutensils
and tableware.
The BATHROOM consists of a washingtable with large
mirror and shower plus a magnifiing mirror, soap,
bathroom scale and hairdryer included.
Babycot and accessoires, iron, ironingboard,
and washingmachine provided free.
Location/Infrastructure
Situated in a really good local INFRASTRUCTURE you can find
everything for the daily needs within a three minutes walk
like a bakery, a good supermarket, a pharmacy, a hair-dresser,
a serviced laundry, a ticketshop, diverse
restaurants and cafes.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT next to our house:
Taxi place ... 1 minute walk,
Busstop (33B) ... 1 minute walk (runs in 5 min. intervalls),
Tramway ... 5 minute walk (runs in 10 min. intervalls),
