Mountain Ash Lodge Bed and Breakfast is situated in the heart of the beautiful Fernie Alpine Resort. A 3 minute stroll is all it takes to get you to the Alpine village center with its ski lifts, bars and restaurants.

Hi! Erin and Ashley here,
this is just a quick note to let you know who we are.
We met in 2001 whilst Ashley was working his first winter season in Perisher Blue, Australia. We are both ski instructors/coaches with 18 seasons experience between us. Ashley has just finished coaching the NSW junior freestyle team but is now back in Fernie full time, supervising with the Resort's Winter Sports school. Erin manages to spend most of the winter in Fernie, though she is currently finishing her Physiotherapy degree in Australia.
We came to the Historic mining town of Fernie four winters ago and we have fallen in love with its unique and friendly local culture. We believe that the spectacular scenery and huge variety of activities offered truly make Fernie the perfect holiday destination. (Which is also why we have decided to make it our permanent home!) We are passionate about our sport, both of us love to hike and bike. Ashley enjoys playing golf, fishing and coaching tennis in the summer whilst Erin was the junior Australian kayaking champion.
