We are in the beach community of Summerland, Ca.(pop.1500.). We are located a short drive (5 - 7 minutes) from the center of Santa Barbara...to the south. It is a very quaint little beach town with many antique shops,gift stores and restaurants. There is a little Spa within walking distance as well as a fitness facility. The house is of modern design with a 3 story glass atrium at entrance. Very tall ceilings with lots of glass and spectacular ocean view. The sunsets are gorgeous. Back yard is fully gated with a
nice rose garden.
