Large, 120 square meter, 2 story, 4 bedroom lodge with woodburning stove, large hot-tub, cathedral ceilings, and fully equiped modern kitchen. All rooms with spectacular river view! Native wood floors, and beautiful spruce bar! We are a 15 minute drive from Huerquehue National Park, 5 natural hot springs, and the Caņi Forest Reserve. The gentle Liucura River is ideal for swimming, even for kids! And the fishing is very good. And close! Hours of easy riverbank hiking and pool casting are thrilling for the adventurous fisherman! We are 26 kilometers from the town of Pucon where you have oodles of quaint restaurants which serve exotic local dishes, like wild boar, river salmon, and Patagtonian ostrich! In Pucon you also have a modern hospital, supermarkets, boutiques, and native art galleries. Boats, canoes, kayaks, fishing gear, spikes for ice-climbing, 4 x 4 vehicles, and whatever the adventurer needs can be rented. The is also considerable night life and music in the summer.
Our lodge is fully insulated, cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. A huge terrace overlooks the river. There is a great stone barbeque also overlooking the river for local lamb or beef barbeques! The local native americans are happy to deliver hot, freshly baked bread to your door, or prepare an outdoor barbeque at very reasonable prices. Horses and local guides are also available. Maid service which includes all your laundry, cooking, and cleaning goes for about $ 10.USD / day. Our place is an ideal base for hikers who wish to explore the thrills of the nearby millenial rain forests, and national parks. Also 5 lakes are with a 1/2 hour drive! Our lodge is equiped to sleep 8 comfortabley. 2 beds can be added to host 10 with no extra cost. The large hot tub (3 cubic meters) is heated by a 100,000 BTU spa heater to make the water as hot as you like! 4 to 5 people easily fit in the hot tub which has a skylight to view the stars at night! The architect designed house features a split level first floor, 2 showers separate from the bathrooms, and a huge terrace under the canopy of native trees! A delicious bottle of fine complementary Chilean wine will be waiting for you when you arrive!
