Alpine Rose is located in Old Town and is the closest property to our world-famous Strawberry Park Hot Springs. From the deck you can hear the rushing water of Soda Creek or soak in the Hot Tub and watch the horses in the meadow. It is within walking distance to our quaint shops and wonderful restaurants.
A gourmet breakfast with fresh fruits and bread is served between 8 and 9:30.
It is just a short walk to the Yampa River Trail which runs through town and takes in the sites of Steamboat, Howelsen Hill, the downtown hot springs, and the Yampa River Botanic Park to mention a few.
Alpine Rose is an eclectic mix of old and new and filled with wonderful geodes mounted into works of art. Occasionally a guest will chose to sit down and entertain others on the Steinway which is located on the third floor.
The living room is more formal in character with over stuffed comfortable sofas for lounging and sharing tales with other guests. The downstaris gathering is less formal and a great place for an afternoon bridge game or just relaxing in front of the fire. There are a total of four fireplaces in the house. Those who choose the effeciency are treated to their own fireplace and jacuzzi tub.
