Master bedroom containing 1 double bed, wardrobe and shelving space, 1 chest of drawers and an easy chair. Veranda window opening onto upper terrace with table and chairs with magnificent views across the bay.
2nd bedroom is a smaller double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table and easy chair. Veranda window leading onto side of house with marble terrace and staircase leading into garden.
3rd bedroom having twin beds, two bedside tables, large wardrobe. Again, Veranda doors leading onto terrace with views across the bay.

Main bathroom (1st floor) fully tiled, containing corner bath and overhead shower, wc, built in wash basin within vanity unit with shelving and cupboard space. Water heating provided by an immersion heater. Additional shower room (utility room) on ground floor (see utility room for description).

Open plan kitchen area within main living room, marble floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen units. small immersion heater under sink for kitchen use. Electric cooker, microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer. The utility room is fully tiled throughout, has a shower,wc, wash hand basin, washing machine. Electric immersion heater.
The sea is 3 minutes walk away.

The scenic coastal highway makes access to the numerous bays, marinas etc. on the Dalmatian coastline very easy whether you have a car or use local bus services. The Krka National Park - 40 minutes away (www.npkrka.hr) is a must. One could easily spend a day wandering around the stunning walks or picnic by a waterfall. Approximately 1 mile from the house there is one of the best marinas on the Croatian coast. Marina Frapa is open to the public and provides not only the essentials for the sailor, but also a leisure complex with restaurants, bars, shops, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, squash, and other facilities at a modest cost. www.marinafrapa.hr.
