This is a good location from which to explore the North Norfolk coast. All the sights and attractions of the coast are readily acccessible - from the Seal Sanctuary in Hunstanton to the steam trains in Sheringham, with wonderful beaches, harbours and villages in between.Downstairs there is a kitchen with a double electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Off the kitchen is the dining area, with a table that will seat 6 comfortably. A door from here leads onto the patio. The sitting room has seating for at least 5 and has a TV and wood burner. On this floor is a separte W.C. There is a telephone for incoming calls only.Upstairs there is a double, a twin and a single room and a family bathroom with a hand held shower head.The attractive garden has a table and chairs and an off road parking for 2 cars.
