Our 2 bedroom/2 bath courtyard villa was built in 2001 and furnished with care. We want this to be your home away from home. New furnishings, appointments and decorative touches abound. The dining area has a sliding glass door that opens onto the private side patio where you may dine outside or just relax in the chaise lounge. The living room features a sofa and loveseat. The entertainment center contains a 30” color TV ,VCR, DVD, and CD mini stereo system. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser/mirror along with two nightstands. There is also a 19” color TV. The master bath is roomy and has a large walk-in shower with a seating area. There is also a large walk-in closet. The guest suite contains a queen size bed and chest of drawers along with two nightstands. The private guest bath has a tub/shower combination. We hope you’ll find our home as comfortable and pleasing as we do. All you’ll need to pack are your toothbrushes and golf clubs!
The Villages is a golf cart adult gated community offering a variety of amenities including numerous executive golf courses and private championship clubs, tennis courts, bocce ball, etc. Free entertainment nightly in 2 town squares with a collection of fine restaurants and shops. Located in central Florida- an easy drive to Disney World, the Gulf and the Coast.The community also has churches, hospital, fitness centers, its own newspaper, radio and TV station. Concerts, horseshoes, darts, five softball fields and polo in season are just a few of the many things to do. Everything is within easy reach by car or golf cart. The list seems to be endless. Participate in as much or as little as you want. Rental rate includes all utilities, basic cable TV, trash collection, and local phone. Rates vary according to season.
