In the living area is a sofa, lounge chair, entertainment center with Stero, TV, & DVD, VCR. In the dining area is formal dining table with 6 chairs. The screen lani has a table, 4 chairs, and a gas grill.The rental rates include all utilities, cable TV, trash collection, lawn service and local phone. For an additional one-time fee of $50 you get free use of 26 heated pools, 6 country clubs, 10 recreation centers and thirteen 9 hole executive golf courses. There are also three 18 hole and three 27 hole FSGA rated championship golf courses available to residents at a very low resident rate.
