This Villa is fully furnished including washer, dryer, linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, VCR, and 27'' color TV. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, along with a color TV and VCR. In the quest bedroom is a queen size bed and a computer desk with a computer and printer. In the living area is a sofa that pulls out to sleep 2 additional people. There is also a love seat, two lounge chairs, entertainment center with Stero, TV, & VCR. In the dining area is formal dining table with 6 chairs. The screen lani has a table and 4 chairs. A gas grill is also available along with an outdoor table and chairs on the outdoor patio. Of course don't forget included in the rent is a four seat custom golf car. The rental rates include all utilities, cable TV, trash collection, lawn service and local phone. For an additional one-time fee of $50 you get free use of 11 heated pools, 5 country clubs, 7 recreation centers and thirteen 9 hole executive golf courses. There are also two 18 hole and three 27 hole FSGA rated championship golf courses available to residents at a very low resident rate.
