Our beautiful two-bedroom home is located in Country Club Hills in The Villages, Florida’s friendliest hometown. Our home features a screened-in lanai, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, closet and a private shower and bath. The second bedroom has large bunk beds, TV and separate bath. Enjoy your meals in a cozy kitchen filled with modern appliances. The living room is a great place to relax and wind down your day with a glass of your favorite beverage or catch your favorite evening TV show, or you can slip out into the four season room and read or do crafts. Our home includes a washer & dryer, cable TV and phone service plus a golf cart garage. Your home away from home is located in a gated community where you can feel safe 24 hours a day. Take advantage of all The Villages has to offer with tennis, swimming, bocce, billiards, shuffleboard, and hundreds of other sporting, hobby and educational activities. Free passes are provided for golf at 13 Executive golf courses, or for a minimal fee, play on any of the 5 Championship courses. Many residents also enjoy the nightly “Happy Hour” after a day of golf or other activities in the town square featuring live music. But don’t limit yourself to the pleasures of The Villages. You’re in driving distance to Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and of course Florida’s sun-drenched beaches. Spend the day shopping at dozens of stores at the shopping plaza or take a lunch break at the nearby Country Club.
