Modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen with cooking range, central preparation island, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and full cooking utensils. Breakfast table and four chairs. Formal living room which includes Queen sized sofa bed settee, coffee table and occasional tables with lamps. Formal Dining Area provides full sized dining table plus six chairs. Master bedroom includes a King sized bed, dresser, bedside cabinet, lamps and cable TV. Enjoy our excellent Community facilities - available to you free of charge – boasting community pool and children’s playground. There is also fishing at the nearby lake and golf at many of the areas renowned courses. The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates is an established development with a mixture of holiday and residential homes and despite its closeness to the action offers a haven of peace and quiet after a busy day at the parks. The community is located on U.S. 27, just 5 minutes south of the very west-end of U.S. 192. and the area is extremely popular with both golfers and vacationers. LAKE DAVENPORT ESTATES Is to be found just off Highway 27, (1.5 mile from Hwy 192) approximately 5 miles from Disney on the southwest side and within easy reach of all the other Orlando area theme parks. Only minutes from shops, restaurants, post office and a bank, Publix supermarket, convenience store, small strip malls, gas station are all to be found nearby. Immediately to the north of our community is Davenport Lake a 400 acre lake with fishing pier, and boat dock. Polo Park golf course is just North of The Palms and many other golf courses are also available and within 15 minutes drive. Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Diamondback, Kings Ridge Celebration and Champions Gate, Southern Dunes, to name but a few. There is a gas station, shop and Subway Sandwich Bar, Barber & Beauty Salon all located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes/Esprit communities just north of The Palms. To the south (within less than half a mile) is a new Publix supermarket. There is a Showtimes Video rental store here where you can hire DVD'S, Videos or Playstation games. Within five miles you will find all the popular eating places, bars, restaurants either on Hwy 27 (towards I-4) or located on Hwy 192 (towards Kissimmee). Interstate 4, gateway to the Gulf Coast or Ocean side is just 5 miles from Lake Davenport Estates which makes it very convenient to get to all attractions in the Orlando area. International Drive area, Universal studios and Sea World, are approximately 20 to 30 minutes drive. The journey to Orlando International Airport takes approximately 40 minutes, Sanford Airport about 1 hour, and Kissimmee about 10 minutes.
