This beautiful Colony Patio Villa is located in a gated adult community offering many activities. For a one time fee of $50.00, you will have access to 8 championship golf courses charging a small fee, and 23 executive courses which are played free of charge. There are 2 Town Squares offering free live entertainment nightly, and many restaurants which are reasonably priced. All activities are golf cart accessible, including shopping, medical needs, and entertainment. For the active adult there are 2 Bowling Centers, Tennis Courts, 35 swimming pools, shuffleboard, dancing, fishing, cards, exercise classes etc, There is a centrally located computer center which may be used free of charge. The Villa is located in the Village of Summerhill which is a walk away from a 3 shopping centers and many places to eat. It is only a 1 1/2 hour drive from either coast and an hour drive to Orlando. Golf carts with lights are available for a reasonable cost and can be delivered directly to the villa. The villa has a beautiful Floridian decor and includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is used as a den, 2 baths, an eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, cable TV for 3 TVs, one with a DVD player, and a washer and dryer. The villa is in a lovely neighborhood and will help to make your vacation most enjoyable. Our Villa is situated on a larger lot and backs up to an outdoor privacy wall.
