This villa is fully furnished and ready to go. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and television, 2nd bedroom has twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with eating area and snack bar. Washer and dryer are located inside the home. Living room has a couch, loveseat and recliner with a 32 inch television. There is a 1.5 car garage and screened in lanai. Just bring your clothes and have fun! The rates vary according to season. 6 month - 1 year lease available at reduced rates.
