Palm House,our 3 bedroom villa with pool is located in the beautiful conservation development of Crescent Lakes. It is ideally situated to enjoy all of the attractions that Central Florida has to offer.
The location is peaceful and relaxing, an ideal place to spend time after the excitement of the theme parks. Although if younger guests still have energy to burn a play area is located a short walk from our home.
Palm House is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms for our guests added comfort.
The home is equipped with a monitored security alarm and electronic safe.
We have wireless high speed internet access, just bring your laptop.

Palm House is exceptionally spacious,1780 sq ft, and is a 2 storey home, with all bedrooms located upstairs. There is the added benefit of 2 living and 2 dining areas. All living areas downstairs have ceramic tiled floors.
Lounge area - this room is furnished with luxurious leather sofas and a 57 inch Sony TV and DVD player . Patio doors from this room give access to the pool area. The dining area has a glass top table and seating for 6.
Family room - This room also has patio doors to the pool area and for our guests entertainment there is a 25 inch Cable TV, PS2 Games console and CD radio player.
Kitchen and Nook- The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, cooker, waste disposal, dishwasher,coffeemaker and telephone. The nook has a slate top table and seating for six.
Half bathroom – this is located downstairs and has a toilet and single vanity unit
Bedroom 1 Our large Master bedroom has a fantastic King size 4 poster bed, 31 inch cable t.v., DVD player,alarm clock/radio, telephone and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has his and hers vanity unit, a large corner bath with seat, a shower cubicle and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2- This bedroom has a Queen size bed with Cable TV and DVD player and alarm clock/radio.
Bedroom 3-This room has twin sleigh beds, Cable TV, DVD player and alarm clock/radio.
Family Bathroom- The family bathroom has a bath with shower above, single vanity unit and toilet.
Games Room- this is located in the garage and has a Pool table, foosball and Air Hockey. A sofa is also there for those who wish to relax and watch!
For our younger guests we provide a cot and highchair at no additional cost.
The pool and patio area are fully screened for your comfort and furnished with luxury pool furniture.
We have a stunning extended pool deck and luxury 6 person hot tub.
An electric George Foreman BBQ/Grill is provided.
Pool heat is available at an additional charge if required
Bed linen and towels are provided , except beach towels
Laundry facilities - washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
