There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, along with a color TV. In the guest bedroom is a queen size bed. Also in the Florida Room is a TV, love seat, sofa that pull out into a queen size bed and a computer desk with a computer and FREE internet service. In the living area is a sofa, love seat, entertainment center with Stero, TV, & DVD, VCR. In the dining area is formal dining table with 6 chairs. The screen bird cage has a table, 4 chairs, and a gas grill.The rental rates include all utilities, cable TV, trash collection, lawn service, internet service and local phone. For an additional one-time fee of $50 you get free use of 26 heated pools, 7 country clubs, 18 recreation centers and eighteen 9 hole executive golf courses. There are also four 18 hole and three 27 hole FSGA rated championship golf courses available to residents at a very low resident rate.
