This luxury Gardenia Designer home is perfectly situated within walking distance of Lake Sumter Landing Village Center and adjacent to the Virginia Trace Neighborhood Center. Here is located a large heated pool, mail & banking facilities, newspapers, soft drinks and various games including Horseshoes, Boche & shuttleboard.
Our property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stretched Den with 2027 sg ft of living place.
The main bedroom has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom a Queen size bed and the Den a double sofa bed. We have 3 colour TV’s with video/DVD and 73 cable channels.
All rooms have ceiling fans with lights and Air Conditioning/Heating throughout.

Our property is located in an adult gated community. There are two village centers. One at nearby Lake Sumter Landing and the other at Spanish Springs. At both there is live entertainment & dancing, plus 2 for 1 happy hour every night. The village centers each have Restaurants, Shops. Bowling Center, and 8 film Movie Complexes.

There is free use of 36 heated pools, 6 country clubs, 24 recreational centers and 24 nine hole executive golf courses. In addition there are 2 eighteen-hole and 4 twenty seven- hole championship golf courses.In the Villages you will also find a Polo Stadium, Athletics Stadium, Theatres, and endless other facilities & activities for you to enjoy. A deposit of 25% is required and the prices quoted are approximate.
