Our home is set in a pleasant, secluded, peaceful and secure gated residential community, and will be checked and ready for your arrival. With Air-Conditioning throughout for both cooling & heating, there are also ceiling fans in the lounge & dining room area, master bedroom and lanai, and comes fully equipped with bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery etc., a real home from home for you to enjoy full independence on your vacation. Guests may also use the Clubhouse facilities of Television, Library / Quiet Reading Room, Exercise Room, Snooker Room, additional Laundromat etc., and Swimming Pools & Spas with loungers only two minutes walk from the home, beside the clubhouse there are Championship Shuffleboard Courts & Miniature Golf, and on the lake there is a fishing pier and boat ramp.
The home is panelled throughout with light wood giving a feeling of spaciousness for a retirement couple & 2 guests, the Lounge / Dining Area is roomy light & airy, and contains a TV with upgraded Brighthouse Standard Cable Service, large sofa and 2 reclining chairs, coffee table & 2 end tables, with the dining table seating up to four people comfortably which is placed for your convenience beside the kitchen, and the telephone is also situated here, (Telephone Service to be set up by renter if required).
The Kitchen / Breakfast area has an open view to the front looking down toward the lake & contains all the utensils and appliances required for your vacation dining ie: Tall Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Full Size Range, Waste Disposal Unit, (no dishwasher).
The large Master Bedroom is located to the rear of the home overlooking grass & trees and is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, nightstands with reading lamps, large closet, a chest of drawers, dresser & lighted dressing area with large mirror, and the room is completed with a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower with sliding doors.
The Second Bedroom comes fully fitted with a Full Size Bed, nightstand & reading lamp, writing table, chest of drawers & large closet. The Second Bathroom has a bath & shower and is situated across the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer are located in the attached Utility Shed near the front door.
Direct entry to the fully screened Lanai at the front of the home is gained from the lounge through the large sliding glass doors for relaxation after a day at the Theme Parks, or browsing to your heart’s content in one of the massive Shopping Malls in Orlando, Kissimmee, or the Markets in one of the local towns nearby. With a table and chairs it’s your place to enjoy drinks from the fridge at sunset, or even after dark for open-air chatting, or watching a separate channel on the second T.V. and both the vinyl & vertical blinds are adjustable for complete privacy. The garden flowers, bushes & grass are controlled by an automatic sprinkler system.
I.D. is required on arrival at the home, before keys are issued.

Minimum Stay - 1 Month (which can be 28-31 days). (3 month bookings between February & May).
Discount terms for Late Availability or 3 month bookings at any time of year.
Rental rates include Upgraded Standard Cable Service & All Utilities except phone service.
Booking Confirmation Deposit $300.
Security Deposit $300 payable with Full Rental Balance 6 weeks before Rental Period & refunded 28 days after Rental Period subject to no damage or losses being caused during rental, and the home & linens etc. being left cleaned as on arrival, or optional cleaning charge $75 payable with rental.
