Absolutely first class - I know because I have stayed here with my wife and five children!

During 2007 rent varies from $918.75 to $1,680.56 depending on the week or weeks selected. During 2008 the rent varies from $918.75 to $1,709.40 per week. The rent includes a premium for the convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, private beach, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills. Rent does not include a separate $100 departure/cleaning fee and the 12% Florida sales/hospitality tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome.
