The Villages has world-class golf courses, numerous other recreational amenities and social activities, all in a beautiful friendly hometown community. A one-time $50 fee payable to The Villages will entitle you to all the privileges same as a homeowner.Our home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room. Ceiling fans throughout the air-conditioned home. The living room includes a 27-inch cable television with DVD player and comfortable recliner. The dining area has a table and chairs for 4 people with a sliding glass door to the screened lanai. Enjoy some of your meals in the screened lanai, complete with a patio table and 4 chairs, ceiling fan and gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3 and includes a microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, toaster oven and coffeemaker.The house's 3 bedrooms comfortable sleep up to 6 people. All bedrooms have queen size beds with night stands and dressers or chests with plenty of closet space and are equipped with new linens, ceiling fans and alarm clocks. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom also have cable television. The master bath has a shower with built-in seat. The second and third bedrooms have access to a full bathroom. There is free live entertainment nightly at the Town Squares. This is a non-smoking house with no pets allowed.
