Indian Ridge is ideal for a relaxing vacation as well as being in the perfect location for the Central Florida attractions. In addition to being next to Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Islands of
Adventure and Discovery Cove are within a 20 minute drive, whilst Busch Gardens is less than an hour's drive.

There is plenty of other entertainment for the whole family within easy reach - dinner shows,
airboat rides, shopping malls, mini-golf, etc etc. Just a little further afield, spend a day on the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches or at the Kennedy Space Centre.

There is plenty of space for relaxing by the south-facing, heated, screened pool, whilst the spacious interior has two lounges, a separate dining area and all modern conveniences (see below).

This villa is provided with all the facilities for a great family vacation - including televisions, video and DVD players, music systems, private heated pool, patio furniture, linen, towels (including pool towels), in-room safe, air-conditioning, ceiling fans etc.

The kitchen (with additional dining facilities) features a fridge/freezer, and all the facilities for a labour-saving vacation - oven, microwave, toaster. dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle, coffee maker, an abundant supply of china and cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses etc.

Two lounges and a separate dining area ensure there is plenty of space, and make the villa ideal for 2-8 guests.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub, vanity unit and a large walk-in closet. The master and second bedrooms also feature additional televisions and video players (also DVD player in master bedroom). All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes.

Access to the pool, spa and patio is from the family lounge, master bedroom or second bathroom. The pool is professionally maintained and monitored on a regular basis, and is approx 31 feet long (maximum depth 5 ft 6 ins). The pool and patio area are surrounded by a mesh screen, which keeps unwanted insects out.

Fully licenced by the Florida authorities, so safety features such as smoke detectors and emergency lighting are standard

Indian Ridge is ideally located for the many attractions in the Central Florida area. Walt Disney World is just a 5 minute drive away.

Other local attractions include Seaworld, Universal Studios, many golf courses, Kennedy Space Centre (60 mins).

As well as a private heated pool, the villa is on a community which features a community swimming pool, beach volleyball, tennis courts and a children's play area.
