Villa is about two miles from Spanish Springs Town Square and about one mile from the Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. Free golf on twentyfour executive courses. There is a golf cart trail fee on the executive courses. Nine championship courses require a fee. Use of many pools and clubhouses is included with Village IDs. Bowling, tennis, softball, pickleball, boccie are just a few of the over 200 activities available. There are two movie theatres in the Villages. There is nightly entertainment on both Town Squares. Disney World is about 50 miles south. A golf cart is available for rent at $180.00 per month. The villa is available now until Oct. 31, 2008. Then it is booked Nov. 1,2008 thru June 2,2009.
