This 1st floor newly furnished unit is located with 15 minutes of Ft. Myers and Sanibel beaches. Located in a serene setting overlooking the golf course. Condo is within minutes of fine restaurants as well as many casual eateries. There is an abundance of shopping including outlet malls in the area.

An additional transfer fee of $100 is required for access to the golf course and other amenities. There are three swimming pools for your use as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard and barbecue grills. There is a clubhouse with pool table, large screen TV, and facilities available for parties including a full kitchen.
