Our villa was furnished with care and consideration to the seasoned traveler. We want this to be your home away from home. New furnishings, appointments and decorative touches abound. While the décor is reflective of Florida, you will not find any turquoise or peach. Thoughtful upgrades such as a home theatre system are included. Look for the whimsical items...wooden jacks, glass candy, tassels, bamboo and yes, a few palm trees.

Casey Place is fully outfitted. You’ll find the kitchen appointed with service for eight, all cooking utensils, microwave oven, small appliances and a table and two chairs. The dining area has a table with four chairs and matching baker’s rack. This area has a sliding glass door that opens onto the private side patio where you may also enjoy a good book in the chaise lounge.

The living room features a sleep sofa and loveseat in a cocoa colored ultrasuede. There is also a plump chair in burgundy/cocoa/gold paisley that you won’t want to leave. The entertainment center contains a 27” color TV and the home theatre system (VCR, DVD, CD player, AM/FM and 6 speakers).

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser/mirror and chest of drawers along with two nightstands. There is a 19” color TV. The bedroom set is rich, dark wicker and wood. The comforter set complements the living room décor. The master bath is roomy and has a large walk-in shower with a seating area. There is also a large walk-in closet.

Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the screened lanai. The lanai has a table and four chairs and opens onto the grassy private backyard.

The guest suite contains a queen size bed and chest of drawers along with a nightstand and 13” color TV. The private guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The comforter set is muted tones of green and beige and features palm trees.

We hope you’ll find our home as comfortable and pleasing as we do. All you’ll need to pack are your toothbrushes and golf clubs!
