In addition to being next to Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Discovery Cove are within a 20 minute drive, whilst Busch Gardens is less than an hour's drive.

There is plenty of other entertainment for the whole family within easy reach - dinner shows, airboat rides, shopping malls, mini-golf, etc etc. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches or at the Kennedy Space Centre are just a couple of hours drive away.

Licenced for 14, there is plenty of space for relaxing by the heated, screened pool, whilst the spacious interior has three lounges, 2 dining areas and every modern conveniences (see below). This villa is ideal for two or three families to share.


This villa is provided with all the facilities for a great family vacation - including televisions in every bedroom and two of the family rooms, DVD players, Playstation 2, private heated pool, patio furniture, linen, towels, air-conditioning, ceiling fans etc.

The kitchen (with additional dining facilities) features a fridge/freezer, and all the facilities for a labour-saving vacation - oven, microwave, toaster. dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle, coffee maker, an abundant supply of china and cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses etc.

Three lounges and 2 separate dining areas ensure there is plenty of space, and make the villa ideal for anything up to 14 guests.

The 3 master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath tub, vanity unit and a large walk-in closet. The two twin rooms share their own bathroom. All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes.

Access to the pool and patio is from the family lounge, master bedroom or second dining area. The pool is professionally maintained and monitored on a regular basis.

The pool and shaded patio area are surrounded by a mesh screen, which keeps unwanted insects out and debris from the surrounding trees. There is also a removable child-proof screen to prevent unsupervised children having access to the pool. They can use the deck area, but are protected from the pool itself.

Fully licenced by the Florida authorities, so safety features such as smoke detectors and emergency lighting are standard
