You are five minutes from two grocery stores, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, various artisan shops, a dozen quality restaurants, and a few local watering holes. Ten minutes takes you across the lion's gate bridge into downtown historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the U.S. Tour the fort the Spanish successfully held against the French and British for hundreds of years or take a carriage ride through the back cobblestone streets of the city.

Cable television, VCR or DVD, and CD stereo use are all included. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking items plus a microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Washer and dryer are downstairs on the first floor in the central hallway. The patios (one both of our two units) have gas grills, beach chairs & umbrella and a variety of beach and pool toys.

Colony Reef has the largest pool in all of Anastasia Island! You're also a hop skip and a jump from the Intracoastal waterway (great for windsurfing, sailing, rowing, and tourist attractions--daily tours take you to a 500 year old Spanish garrison). The grounds have plenty of room for football, frisbee, or blanket picnics but just over the dunes lies one of the least crowded beaches around. We're certain you'll love it.
