It has every convenience so that you can enjoy your vacation. The home sleeps and accommodates up to 6 comfortably. Master bdrm has king size bedrm set, color TV & phone, guest bdrm a queen bedrm set. There is a den with a futon, desk & phone. The fully equipped kitchen has every imaginable appliance, etc. The dining rm seats 6 and the liv. rm. is furnished with sofa, love seat, rocker recliner. For your entertainment pleasure there is a stereo, CD changer, and a 27 inch TV. There is also a DVD/VCR. Choose to have your meals on the screened lanai and enjoy the view. Ceiling fans, washer, dryer, automatic garage door opener are just a few of the many extras. No smoking or pets. The Villages is the place to be. So much to do and not enough time to do it. Your choices abound what with 12 pools, 20 golf courses, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, billiards, various tennis courts, softball & polo fields, the list goes on. The town square offers free live music/dancing and a happy hour every night. Eat out in one of the many restaurants or country clubs. The Villages offers 2 bowling centers and an eight theater movie complex.

This house is located in a premier adult community. Over 300 activities and clubs to join year round which include most sports, various exercises, yoga, crafts, numerous clubs and lessons for anything you might want to try, all within the community. You don't have to leave but if you do Disney, Daytona racetrack, Orlando, Sea World, the beaches, shopping outlets, major malls, Universal & flea markets, etc. are apporox. an hour away. As you can tell, we love this place. We have lived here for 4 yrs. A truly wonderful place to live or vacation. We feel our rental is very special. With you in mind, we have furnished and decorated it with those EXTRA touches that make it warm and inviting.
