Villa Deres is a traditional villa in a size of 160 square meters , suitable for up to 12 people . It is situated in the hilltop of Deres village , a traditional very quite and typical Cretan village with many olive trees, orange trees , chestnuts and sparkling waters . With the villa is available a 4 wheel drive car. The House will be available from May 2007 .

From the main door of the house you get in a spacious dining and sitting area with a fireplace . You can seat up to 12 people so you can invite your friends for dinner . From the sofas you can relax in front of the fireplace watching satellite TV or listening music from our hi-fi .

In the next room is situated the kitchen with refrigerator , cooker , oven , microwave , kettle , toaster , dishwasher .

Is available 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 persons , 2 in each room . Also can sleep 2 more persons in the sofa beds in the sitting room . The bedrooms are having wooden floors . In the front of the 2 bedrooms is a large terrace with amazing views of the surrounding mountains .

In the bathroom is available also the washing machine . Iron and iron board is available .

On the exterior of the house is a 150 square meters terrace with a beautiful pergola so you can relax and watch the panoramic views of the area . A few meters away is located the swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds .

On the basement you will find our horse .

Try to find time to explore with our jeep the surrounding area , and find the locals of the area , besides olive cropping , collect chestnuts , produces honey and even manufactures coal in a traditional manner . At the traditional cafeterias – Kafenion – you will be able to buy the local products made here .
