The residence is situated in the center of the medieval traditional village of Loutra in the municipality of Arkadi/Rethymnon. During the Venetian rule over Crete this village was owned by the aristocrat Mattheos Kallergis. For this reason many of the old atmosphere has been preserved, like picturesque narrow streets, arcades, a fountain with an Arab inscription and more. The village is situated in 8 km distance to Rethymnon and about 3 km to the sea and is surrounded by olive groves.
The residence is a luxurious building amidst of a beautiful garden with flowers and trees. In from of the villa there is a swimming pool. On the ground floor is the living room with open fireplace, the dining room, kitchen, a grand piano and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. These rooms are common to all habitants.
There is also an separate one-room studio with pool view, a double bed, kitchen corner and private bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor there is a separate 2-room flat with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen corner and a private bathroom with shower/WC. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds.
On the first floor there are 4 separate flats, each with its unique style. They have a common terrace with a wonderful view at the surrounding hills with their olive groves.
The first flat provides a fantastic view from its 3 windows. There are two single metal beds, a kitchen corner and a WC. A wooden staircase leads to the attic where there are two single beds for children.
The second flat consists of two rooms, one room on the first floor and another one on the second floor. The area on the first floor consists of a living room with kitchen corner, a dining room and a private bathroom with bathtub. An internal marble staircase leads to the next floor. The bedroom there has a double bed, a single bed and TV. The view from this room is beautiful. You can see over the hills with olive groves until the sea.
The third flat consists of 2 rooms, a little kitchen and a private bathroom with bathtub. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th flat use the large sun terrace with tables and chairs common.
The fourth flat has two rooms, one living room with sofa, table, chairs, kitchen corner and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a private bathroom
