We have 4 bunk style rooms that sleep 4 each with own bath, a loft, and a suite for a couple with own kitchen and entry. There is a sitting area, pool table area,and game area. Meals are served or you can opt to not have any or arrange to make your own. A large dining area also and a fully equipped kitchen. There are ponds for summer fishing, a private place to walk. This is a game preserve, so hunting times are available also. The view is great and the hospitality warm and inviting. Located 3 miles from the town of Mount Ayr, IA
