Shepp Ranch is a wilderness guest ranch in the Gospel Hump Wilderness of Idaho along the Salmon River. Access by jetboat or small plane only.

We have 6 cabins all with views of the river and mountains and private baths. Meals are served family style in the main lodge. Rates are all inclusive of jetboat transportation, meals, lodging and all activities.

You will find life at Shepp Ranch casual and comfortable. Mornings can find you hiking, horseback riding or fishing. Afternoons are spent on the water or with a good book in the shade of our orchard. You’ll enjoy swimming at our favorite “swimming hole”, playing on sandy beaches, jetboat excursions to historic sites etc. Evenings include volleyball, horseshoes, hot-tubbing and stargazing.

We are famous along the river for our home cooked meals with produce fresh from our garden. Bring your appetite and at least one pair of loose fitting pants! We take special requests and can satisfy any diet preferences or restrictions.
