All of Twin Lakes Condominiums are completely supplied with furniture, appliances, washers, dryers, fireplaces, color TV’s, and barbeque grills on the patio. These units are also supplied with dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, linens for the kitchen and bath, and bedding.
Depending on the season, many village amenities are available for your use. Our heated swimming pool is open mid-May through mid-September, depending on the weather. Sandy beaches on the shores of Twin Lakes, free tennis, a common area with volleyball, basketball and playground equipment is available to our residents and quests as well. Our beautiful eighteen-hole golf course is sure to satisfy the tastes of all levels of golfers and tee-times are readily available. Those renting are required to pay green fees, unless otherwise negotiated with owners/rental office.
During the winter months, the course is available for cross-country skiing. For the down-hill skiing enthusiasts; three major resorts are only an hour’s drive away. Twin Lakes also freezes over in the winter months, which provides access for ice fishing and other frozen outdoor adventures.
Brad’s at Twin Lakes is our local, on-site restaurant. Its open full-time in the summer months during peak golf season, and operates on limited hours during the early spring and late fall. Brad’s is available for catering special events anytime and hosts great parties during the holidays.
A convenience store complete with gas pumps is located at the entrance to Twin Lakes Village. Rathdrum is a short four mile drive south and offers 2-major grocery stores, several pharmacies, multiple restaurants, a liquor store, post office and a wide variety of churches. Silver Wood Theme Park is located just 10 miles east.
