Your gracious hosts (Dr. Herbert Wieder and Jonna Brasch) and the staff (Madge, Deuce and Sonny) will do their utmost to make your stay at Anancy's Web a memorable one. You are in the midst of the historic Prospect Plantation and right on a private sandy beach. The flora is magnificent, Deuce has taken care of the property since 1969 and has planted every imaginable Jamaican plant, tree and shrub. Jonna is a Danish artist and has decorated the entire property with her artwork.
After having you meal on the terrace, you might want to saunter a few steps down to you pool or your beach. The water in both is inviting. There is shade or sun. Whatever you desire. Just remember to work up an appetite for Madge's home cooking. Sonny has won awards from the Jamaican Tourist Board for excellence in tourist relations.
With four fully furnished bedrooms, each with its own full bath, you will have plenty of room. The bedrooms are placed two in each wing so you have all the privacy you want. Inside is a living room with cable television and a lovely open didning room. Mostly, you will want to eat on the terrace,which is complete with a conversation area with couches and chairs, and of course, the view that is to die for.

One thing you must be aware of. The five dogs (Bonnie, Clyde, Max, Reggae and Mini) roam free on the property all the time. They are not aggressive but they do bark. When one starts (usually Mini) the others join in. They act as security, and are very effective. Please keep in mind that they are dogs, and you must be comfortable with dogs in general if you want to enjoy your stay. They are actually very friendly to anbody that is accepted by the staff or the owners.

Ocho Rios offers many various attractions, such as wonderful Dunn's River Falls, swimming with dolphins, horse back riding, casinos, great duty shopping, just to name a few.
