Prospect’s 980-acre estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, has 5 luxurious sea front villas and a historic Great House.
Eight Rivers, Frangipani, Somewhere and Wag Water villas each have their own 1-1/2 acre private garden, pool, sun deck and steps into the sea.
Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach.
Prospect Great House is 1-mile inland, perched on a hill 300 feet above the sea with a commanding view of the estate and Caribbean Sea.

All of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course and popular Prospect Plantation Tours which offers jitney and horse back riding tours. All activities are within an easy 5-minute walk of the villas. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.
