The 1,000 ft.apt is above an attached garage with a private entrance.The main house built in 1880's was remodeled 13 years ago and the apt.added at that time.
There is a tenniscourt and pavillion that may be used by the tenant and a 4 1/2 ft MLW dock.
There are two stocked ponds with large mouth bass,catfish and rock.
The organic fruit from the orchard is for everyone include plums peaches,pears,apples,cherries,grapes,figs and raspberries in season.
