This charming 2 story is located on a beautiful historic 120 acre waterfront estate in Trappe, between Easton and Cambridge,MD.It is 1 hour to Ocean City,1 1/2 hrs to Baltimore and 1 1/2 to DC.
The 1,000 ft.apt is above an attached garage with a private entrance.The main house built in 1880's was remodeled 13 years ago and the apt.added at that time.
There is a tenniscourt and pavillion that may be used by the tenant and a 4 1/2 ft MLW dock.
There are two stocked ponds. The organic fruit from the orchard is for everyone and includes plums peaches,pears,apples,cherries,grapes,figs and raspberries in season.
The apt sleeps 4 but is ideal for a couple.

We have had rave reviews from prominent people in the area,in government and in the United Nations.On occasion we have allowed the property to be used for weddings.It is very peaceful and private and the property is kept beautifully manicured.The security deposit will be returned after the phone bill has been received and any charges calculated ,the dish movie channel charges calculated and any dammage assessed.
