We have two Maine Vintage cottages on exclusive Spruce Point in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. They are located on a private road, just past the Inn. The water front cottage is a stone's throw to the ocean with access steps to a small beach area. It has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. There is a deck which overlooks the ocean and outer Islands and a small porch off the kitchen area.

The second Maine cottage is located above the water front cottage, nestled in pine trees, with water views overlooking the ocean. It has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom. There is a deck off the kitchen and a large porch off the livingroom.
Both cottages have a full kitchen,with micowave, a dining area, fieldstone fireplaces off the livingroom and cable television. An outside gas grill is available at both cottages.A short walk approx. 1.6 miles to the foot bridge that crosses the harbor to the downtown area. We are not associated with the Spruce Point Inn, but our guests may use their facilites: 2 swimming pools, hot tubs, spa & zin garden, clay tennis with appointed tennis time. The spa is fully equipped and with experienced personnel. Their programs and rates are very reasonable. Our property is adjacent to the Inn's grounds. They also have a great children's program during the daytime and at night. Parents enroll the kids and have time for other activities for themselves; dinner at the Inn, boating, sailing, fishing, etc.

We have many families that rent both cottages at the same time to be together, but can be alone. Children can be put down for naps/sleeping. then can regroup later. The playground, fishing off the dock and finding sea glass are favorites.
