It is a second floor well-equipped, light corner unit condominium with a spacious terrace facing the beautiful Mayan Palace Golf Course. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo will sleep 2-3 people. There is a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size hide a bed/sofa in the living room. We offer DSL high-speed Internet access right in the condo. (No more trying to find an Internet Cafe to use the Internet!)

Just a stroll across the boulevard you’ll find the white sandy beach of the Sea of Cortez. You can hear the surf pounding on the sands from the condo. At the same time you can watch the hummingbirds feed on the flowers of the blossoming cactus garden beneath your terrace. Just steps from your door is one of several pools (soon to be a couple more on the east side of the condo) along with a hot tub.

It is a short walk to downtown San Jose del Cabo, where colorful shops, art galleries, restaurants and the charming plaza outside the historic colonial church await you. The beautiful Estuary with a remarkable bird population is a brief stroll away also.
