CONDO FARRAR is nestled in an upscale neighborhood on the second floor of the COSTA BLANCA complex, located directly on the beach with a private sun deck and infinity swimming pool. Enjoy the almost constant sea breeze for a soothing vacation. Watch the waves break over the reefs while you relax on the private 100 sq.ft. balcony overlooking the sea and beach. Watch cruise ships going to and from Cozumel or kite flying off the beach. A great place to enjoy a deluxe quiet vacation in the Mexican Caribe!

This large luxury non-smoking, fully air-conditioned apartment is suited for adults and families. The ocean side Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The street-side bedroom has 1 queen and 1 double bed, with a hall bathroom next to it. The 3rd small bedroom has a double bed, suitable for one adult or one or two small children, plus its own half-bath. Beach towels for the pool are available in the Condo. A folding crib/playpen and a roll-away bed is available in the condo for your use.

All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and mini-split air conditioners. The Condo has Dish network with the major USA networks, CNN, ESPN, etc.

Equipped with a complete spacious galley kitchen, including Bosch electric cook top, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, purified bottled water on a stand and a washer/dryer in the hall way, next to the kitchen and 3rd bedroom.

Maid service is done once a week. For extra cleaning days, it can be arranged through our managers for an extra cost.

All activities can be arranged through our Managers. Cancun or Playa del Carmen are only a 30-minutes drive in either direction and can be accessed by local bus or taxi. A MUST... Every Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m., there is a Fruits & Vegetables Market set up by the local church, in the town square.
