Condo CLARIZIA is a privately owned Deluxe 2-bedroom beachfront condo on the third level of a small thirty unit complex that accommodates up for 4 persons. Enjoy beautiful breezes and beautiful views of the Carribean and the second largest coral reef in the world. This is also a national park so it is protected from jet skis and water skiers, which allows for a peaceful beach experience. Great swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving right at our beach in crystal clear aqua blue waters. You can walk for miles along this pristine and safe area of the Mexican Caribbean. There is a fresh water pool on the beautifully manicured grounds that leads down to the beach. The condo offers two lanais, one enlarged in the front overlooking the Carribean and one off the master bedroom.
There is Cable TV and a VCR entertainment center in the living room area. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are in every room. Upon request, wireless internet access is available for an additional fee.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has two single beds. There is a fouton in the living-dinning room for extra bedding, 1 1/2 bathrooms.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. as well as a Washer & Dryer in the unit. Maid service once a week; extra cleaning can be arranged through our managers.

Reservations and Long Term Rental requests can be made through our managers. There is a large swimming pool and beautiful gardens with communal Palapas on the grounds. Walkout directly onto the beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants around the town square.
