This sixth floor, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo was completed in July of 2006 and measures over 2500 square feet. It is among one of the largest condo residences ever built in Cozumel.

Not sure where to eat dinner? No problema. In our home you will find maps of the island and town, and our frequently updated personal guide and recommendations to restaurants and beaches around the island. We even have space for you to add your own personal reviews. Maid service is provided every other day. We offer local, English speaking concierge services to you. They can arrange for cook services, fishing trips, day trips to the mainland, party booze cruises, rental cars and even have groceries brought to your condo.
We also supply the small things we tend to not think about but could really use. There are frosty beer mugs in the freezer, several sizes of coolers to use at the pool, ice packs to keep your drinks cold, cozies, stadium cups and travel coffee mugs for those long relaxing walks.
Three Master Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are oceanfront or oceanview. Each bedroom is decorated with themed original art work from local artists.
Master bedrooms #1 and #2 are direct oceanfront and each have king-size beds, satellite television, and DVD players. These two bedrooms have private baths complete with granite counter tops, full width mirrors, large tile soaking tubs, and large walk in closets with safes.
Master bedroom #1 has direct access to the west facing oceanfront balcony via a sliding glass door. Master bedroom #2 has oceanfront floor to ceiling windows facing North, South and West.
Master bedroom #3 has an ocean view and partial jungle view and has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king size. It has its own private bath complete with walk-in closet, granite counter tops, full width mirrors and a large tile walk-in shower.
The unit is handicapped accessible with paved parking, outside ramps, elevator access and wide doors. (While there are no grab bars in the bathrooms, the tubs have wide seating areas along the top edge for transfer. Showers are roll-in.)
Hair dryers, hand/shower soaps and linens are provided in all bedrooms.
Kitchen and Dining
The spacious kitchen is state-of-the-art. Rich maple cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless appliances all blend for a truly magnificent work place. It is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner range top, full oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and programmable air pot style coffee maker. The drawers are stocked with numerous styles of pots and pans and utensils.
Also in the cabinets are several sizes of soft sided coolers, cozies and ice packs to keep your favorite adult beverage cold while at the pool or sight seeing around the island. Waiting in the freezer you will find frosty glass mugs begging to keep your Dos Equis ice cold.
Cozumel's water is purified and safe to drink. Our building provides a secondary water purification system. Our refrigerator houses a unique, electric pump operated bottled water dispenser that provides purified water and ice. We provide this bottled water as part of the rental.
There is even a breakfast bar to have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise above the jungle to the east! The large horizontal windows in the kitchen provide incredible views of the jungle to the east.
Diving
Right off the pool's edge, you will see stingrays, lobsters, an assortment of eels and numerous fish.
A spacious, secure & ventilated ground floor storage unit is provided to store all your wet dive gear. There's no need to schlep your wet gear upstairs!
The fine print:
Given the level of finishes at Nah Ha, we have a few restrictions. They are: All guests under 30 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. We do not rent to high school or college groups, even if they are chaperoned by adults. Please note that children under the age of 12 years are not permitted at any time.
This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.
Extra Fees: 12% local tax extra, rates are for 2 people per night except holiday weeks then rates are for 6 people. Add $25pp/night over 2 and then local taxes.
