Each villa is architecturally designed to protect privacy and to optimize environmental conditions.

Villa Las Palmas is fully furnished with original artwork, folk art and Mexican textiles. This suite has two living areas, one in the enclosed terrace with arched windows and doors out to the cozy outside terrace and the other in the main living and dining room with carved wooden French doors that open
onto the covered terrace. Each area has a double bed. A talavera handpainted tile bathroom from the 50´s
looks out over the valley below.

There is a large, fully equipped tiled kitchen that looks out over the front terrace and gardens.

Villa Las Palmas is centrally located within walking distance of Spanish language schools such as Chac-mol,
Spanish Language Institute, UNINTER, The Center for Bilingual Multicultural Studies, and IDEAL.

Research institutes such as the INSP or Instituto Nacional para la Salud Publica, UNAM, CRIM and the Instituto de Investigaciones Electricas are easily accesible from Las Villas.

The Botichelli Institute of Florence, Italy gives classes for Restoration and Art History and is located across the street.

Within one block on Ave. Zapata, the major avenue for Cuernavaca, there are numerous banks with ATM´s,
