The beach in front of Caribbean Reef consists of white sand and a little rocks where wild life lives and the water is shallow, gradually becoming deep. It is perfect for swimming and wading and the snorkeling is good.

Each condo has two sides. On one side there is the kitchen, dining area and living area with usually a queen size futon or sofa or Murphy bed which sleeps two and the other part of the condo has a king size bedroom, sleeping two. Each side has its own bathroom and shower or hot tub depending on the unit.
