Full equipped kitchenette, with fridge and gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. First 5 gallon bottle of filtered water is free of charge, additional bottles will be $ 4.00 USD each. Linens , bath & beach towels supplied. 2 beach chairs per unit. Free hight speed wireless internet for laptops. T.V., cable, DVD player and large DVD library, Fold-down full size couch and large closets and good storage space. Attentive on-site staff that speaks English. Pool, garden and roof top patio with hammocks. Hair dryer supplied. The electrical voltage is the same as the United States.

Terms & Requirements Our rental week start day is variable. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Our cancelation policy varies depending on the situation. Each unit is supplied with one set of sheets and two sets of towels per person. For those who stay longer than a week you can have your apartment cleaned once per week for free. We have laundry service available for a small charge. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and kitchenware. One 5 gallon bottle of filtered drinking water is supplied. You may purchase additional bottles from us as needed. Our pool and hot tub are available to our guests between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Our home is located in a very quiet part of town only one block from the beach. The public access to the beach is convenient and directly across from our side street. We are a light-drinking, no-smoking property. NO PETS PLEASE.
