“MAIN RESIDENCE” – UNIT #4, located on the main floor, is the friendly and well maintained 2 Bedroom-2 Bath, King Size bed in the master bedroom with spacious master bath with large walk-in shower. TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a second bath in hallway with shower. Hair dryer supplied.

On the second level, the 3 separate units, ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS – UNITS #1 and #2 and a STUDIO APARTMENT – UNIT #3 have a bedroom with Queen size bed, supplied with one set of sheets and two sets of towels per person, as well as 2 beach chairs per unit. Those who stay longer than one week can have the unit cleaned once a week for free. There is a laundry service available for a small charge. In the living room and lounge area is a full size fold-down couch, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and stocked with basic utensils and kitchenware, as well as a 5 gallon bottle of filtered drinking water is supplied.Additional bottles can be purchased on site as needed.

The pool and relaxing hot tub are available to the guests between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A large patio with table and 8 chairs for outdoor dining, shared Charcoal BBQ grill share with other on property. Available on site, a desk and computer corner for your laptop, with printer, free high speed wireless internet, SKY Satellite Cable TV, DVD player and a large DVD library. It is a light-drinking, no-smoking property. NO PETS PLEASE.

The rental week start day is variable. Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m. The cancellation policy varies depending on the situation. Attentive on-site staff that speaks English. Pool, garden and roof top patio with hammocks. The electrical voltage is the same as in North America.
