The Costa Azul oceanview condo is the perfect way to enjoy Cozumel! This is a luxury penthouse located in the prestigious Corpus Christi area. Costa Azul is conveniently located only one block from the ocean and provides easy access to the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, shopping, dining, downtown, and parks. The best grocery store on the island, Chedraui, along with a brand new mall featuring six-screen theater and video arcade, is located right across the street. You won't need a rental car or even a taxi as you can wwalk just about everywhere from the condo. If you would like a taxi or rent car, they're located a block away. Accommodations for diving and fishing are available one block away at Plaza Las Glorias. Visitors are welcome to use the pool and other amenities at this hotel.The penthouse spans two levels, each level with its own bedroom, full bath with jacuzzi tub, and access to an outside terrace. The master bedroom is located on the fourth floor with a king-size bed and an almost full 360% panoramic view.The second bedroom has twin beds, which convert into a king, and has separate access to the third floor terrace. The futon couch in the living room will sleep 1 adult or 2 children. A half bath is located just off the living room.The high ceilings, numerous large windows, and sliding doors to terraces not only provide ambience and views but also access to the outdoors and the comfortable island breezes or, if you prefer, you can always turn on the air conditioner.There are two tiled roofs for shade on our third and fourth floor terraces for comfortable outdoor living. Imagine having coffee out on the terrace while watching the cruise ships roll into port in the morning or enjoying an exotic Caribbean drink while watching the awesome sunsets of Cozumel! The top floor terrace has two large areas, one side open to the environment so you can sunbathe in private and the other is covered so you can relax in the shade. Whichever side you prefer, you can ejoy your vacation overlooking the beautiful Caribbean waters in your own privacy, either under the palapa or out in the open.Some of the charm of Costa Azul is the handmade household furniture by local craftsmen and artists.
