This property is a Mediterranean-style low-rise building located on the ground floor immediately looking onto the beach. It is adjacent to swimming and wading pools with an outdoor restaurant to the rear of the pool. It is 1650 sq. ft. with a 600 sq. ft. patio. 24 hour security protects access from the beach. Built on a 20 acre coconut plantation, there are 7 pools, 5 tennis courts, and lots of shaded gardens and walks on the property.

Lots of restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. A major shopping center is right across the road as well as beer, movie rentals, and Pizza Hut shops. A short bus ride gets you downtown in 10 minutes or to the Marina district. Buses can get you anywhere from El Anclote in Punta de Mita in the north, to Boca de Tomatlan south of Mismaloya.

Cool ocean breezes and through ventilation makes air conditioning unnecessary in the winter. There are 2 spa/gym facilities within 1 block of the property. There is a minimart on the property.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and also a hide-a-bed that sleeps 2. The rear suite has two double beds as well as a sofa that can sleep 1. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed. The livingroom had a pull-out double bed that sleeps 2 plus a sofa that sleeps 1. In total, this is 14, but you can understand how to configure sleeping for your situation. For example, we sleep in the 3rd bedroom when we have lots of guests.

Shopping is very substantial with two plazas within a short walk. There are seven golf courses in the area. Taxis can be flagged down right outside the property. It is a main bus line so there is never more than a 3 minute wait to get going downtown. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and El Centro or the Marina are only 5 to 10 minutes away by taxi. Beach vendors are within sight of the patio and transactions take place on a seawall just 10 yards from the patio.

Trips into the mountains, to the secluded beaches up the coast, or to the fishing villages accessible only by sea are all handy. Buses that service the whole coast are accessible right outside the door.
